Thanks very much Manfred but how do you do it I can email my audio all around the country but how do you put it on the forum I have tried to copy on the piece but it will not place it on the forum so what am I doing wrong thanks mate

New Topic > (Write whatever you need to) then ...

Scroll down till you come to ....

"If you wish to attach one or more files enter the details below."

Across from 'Filename', click 'Browse'. A dialog box (Windows Explorer) should appear.
Select the file you want to upload. (this may take a few minutes - be patient)

Once the upload has completed the progress box will disappear, then,

Beside 'File Comment', click "Add The File"

That should be it!! ...

If anyone has any problems, post the problems here and I'll answer them here as well.
