On behalf of SUE (MUMMSIE)

Post by william williams » Mon Aug 01, 2011 4:53 pm

this was written by Sue (Mummsie) to her Dad and told by Bill. And her DADs favorite instrument and song played by Pete West
now given the time that I had to create this file and with the equipment and the lack of time in which to get my friend to play the harmonica so i had to use that that I had on file my speech was not up to scratch for you know where my teeth are but it is still a tribute to SUE'S DAD

Bill I listened to half of it but I found the music in the background too loud and there was no balance that I could make to make the voice clearer. if I increased the volume the music as still in comparison loud and it lost the tone of the audio.

Can not even tell you the story at the monent will have another listen later after the footy ..

Sounds like a good poem Sue. Sorry Bill, but I had the same trouble as Bob, maybe you can twiddle some knobs on your gizmo and balance the music track a bit, it tended to overpower some of your speech.

Beautiful words Sue - you did your Dad proud.

You're a trooper Bill -how kind of you and John to do this for Sue...... 8-)

Thank you Bill for the trouble you have gone to to put this on audio, I appreciate it.
You and I have spoken privately and you know how much this poem means to me.
Thanks again.

That's very good Sue. Great work. I loved it. :)

Good work Bill. You don't need to apologise Bill, it was just a technical issue that you have sorted out expertly.
