Camooweal Drovers Camp Festival

Post by Shelley » Wed Jul 04, 2018 9:28 am

The Camooweal Drovers Camp Talent Award is on again this year on the Sunday of the Drovers' Camp Festival i.e. 26th August, 2018. Also the Sunday Bush Poets' Breakfast welcomes all visiting poets or yarn-spinners who would like to walk up or warm up for the DCTA. John and Carmel Lloyd and Hal and Brenda Joy Pritchard are unable to attend the festival this year, however, both the Poets Breakfast and the DCTA will be MC’d by eminent bush poet, Jack Drake and there are poets and performers coming from all around Australia, which is very exciting.

It does look like being another great festival and you can keep up to date via https://www.droverscamp.com.au

Entry forms for both the performance and the written Bronze Spur competitions are available on the Events and Results page of the main website. Note that the written Bronze Spur closes 20 July.
