GOSFORD BUSH POETS

Happy New Year Everyone,

We hope you all enjoyed a very merry and satisfying Christmas and that you are looking forward to another great year of fun and friendship with the Gosford Bush Poets!

We kick off our 2015 season at 7pm next Wednesday night (28/1) in the conference room of the wonderful Gosford Hotel, corner of Mann and Erina Streets, Gosford and we hope that you can come along to share your poetry, your verse, yarns and songs and to enjoy our very special guest artist Mr Tomas Hamilton.

Tomas is an accomplished and prize winning poet, musician, singer, author and marvellous entertainer. He is renowned throughout the poetry and folk festival scene as a man who writes from with deep feeling and insight and I am sure that Tom will not only entertain us on Wednesday night, but also engage us with his down to earth poetry and songs.

Of course everyone will have the opportunity of presenting an item before Tom takes the stage and we look forward to hearing your work or your favourite poem. 'Twill be a wonderful evening of much fun, friendship and great entertainment and we really do look forward to seeing all of our friends that we haven't seen since November!

Entrance as always will be entirely free and we would dearly love you join us for dinner in the pub's brilliant bistro for dinner from about 5.30pm onwards. The tucker is always scrumptious and reasonably priced and it adds a little something to the night to be able to have a chat before we kick off upstairs.
