Gympie Muster

Post by keats » Tue Aug 30, 2011 10:41 am

Best Gympie Muster ever. Record crowds and a line up of the funniest and best poets I can ever remember. And to have Marty on board was unreal. Kicked Brads bum in the Poetry Olympics! Outstanding effort. Amongst the tens of thousands who attended, great to see so many young faces and to hear people say that they only come to the Muster for the breakfasts and that the rest is a bonus! Onward now to Tamworth via everywhere else.

You're a true blue trooper Keatsy. Goodonyamate! Knock 'em dead in Tamworth...& everywhere else.

(Now I know why it's raining....the Muster's been on.)

grasp the concept of liquid sunshine Zondrae; without rain there would be no rainbows.   and then look at the beauty and magic that would be missing

Yep . . eye-opener for me to mix it with the creme de la creme of Aussie bush poetry performers. Great experience and a stack of fun.

Just had a look at a picture of Marty Marco and Neil on stage.

That was really a great idea for you all to wear the same shirts Marty.

Looks like you had a good time.
