Just a query Stephen, if you can help.

The entry form for Toolangi says that the entries must not have been previously published, the entry conditions page does not mention previously published. Do you know which applies.

Also do you know if the condition of not previously published includes posting on the web, for this competition.

Hi there, Neville and Heather.

Neville, the entry conditions are a bit confusing, I know. The competition organisers are keen that entries not have been previously published. I'm not exactly sure about the web, but I would be inclined to also avoid poems that have been published in this way. That's the policy I apply personally, with occasional exceptions.

Heather, the festival will be held on the weekend of November 12/13 - later than previous years. The awards ceremony will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, 12th November.

Stephen I don't know if you realise that there are two different addresses to send the poetry off to. One to Jan Williams, the other to the Toolangi Comm House. Conflicting information on entry form and the conditions of entry.

Heather, entries should go to the Toolangi Community House address:

c/- Toolangi Castella District Community House
P. O. Box 1323
Healesville 3777

However, I'm pretty sure that any already sent to the Jan Williams address will still get through OK.

Cheers
David
