I saw on TV tonight that a bloke had dipped his baby daughters dummy in Chrystal Meth,
And almost killed her – can you believe that.

When you puffed a bit of weed that day, you thought that you were cool,
now you’re into ice they say – which means, you really are a fool.
Though your mates may try to tell you this will help you to unwind,
you are dicing with the devil and he’s sneaking up behind.
Quit right now I’m urging you my friend, before it is too late,
for the path that you are following is paved with heartaches mate.
Once you’re hooked there’s no escape, and misery will follow you,
soon destroying all it touches and the friendships you once knew.
You can beat this if you want to, yet to win you must be strong,
for a start you must acknowledge what you’re doing now is wrong.
This may be the only chance you get, to put things right again,
for ahead there lies a nightmare and an awful lot of pain.
You will lose all sense of honor once this evil casts its spell;
driven by the need for drugs - you’re on a one way trip to hell.
Next you’re roaming streets and hanging out with others of your kind,
you are dicing with the devil and he’s not that far behind.
You are heading for destruction mate, unless you change your ways,
but I wonder if you have the strength to even try these days?
What has happened to that chap I knew who knocked about with me?
For you’re really just a shadow of the bloke you used to be.
Though your parents may despair for you, there’s nothing they can do,
you will lose all sense of reason mate – and soon you won’t be you.
There are changes there already now, that really start to show –
you’re a stranger here that differs from the bloke I used to know.
We’ve been mates since we were young lads, and I’d hate to lose you now,
but I sense it’s only time before you end up dead somehow.
