GREEN PIGEON

Green Pigeon

I suspect the area would be beautiful and glorious to visit
but can somebody help me – where exactly is it.
Somewhere near Kyogle, and Nimbin rings a bell -
Geneva and Horse Station creek are somewhere near as well.

It’s not mentioned on tourist blogs. Perhaps it isn’t there,
and real estate .com draws blanks – vanished into thin air.
Seems no one’s selling, no one’s buying – so I start to wonder
Are there green pigeons at Green Pigeon or do they prefer Tumbarumba?

I spotted it on BOM when checking what rain was coming
and found the name quite curious – to nerves I was succumbing,
and though I’ve Googled on the web for info on Green Pigeon
apart from map coordinates, I’ve found nary a smidgen.

destined to be one of the mysteries of life I think Nevile. Am starting to think that it could be a property...our old place 'Springdale' always showed up on maps as well but there was no one there other than us pigeons,

Cheers

Oh Marty - thank you for the tip you’ve got my juices flowing,
but now I fancy Lillians Rock – could be the place I’m going.
It has a quirky rustic feel of long gone hippy days
when flower power was all the go in a drug induced haze.

I found this lovely little place I reckon it would suit.
Has a lovely rustic kitchen – and the tiles - well they are cute.
It blends into the bush quite well as you can plainly see.
Yep I think Green Pigeons on the out – it’s Lillian Rock for me.

Maureen beware of shonky real estate agents that try to sell land unseen!

If you're ever inclined to take a little toddle up to the Nightcap NP to Tuntable Falls, you'd be pretty certain of seeing some Green pigeons there ... :)
