HERE TODAY - GONE TOMORROW

Looks like we missed yesterday
now you're wasting my time.
Do you want this Golf convertible
or something more sublime?
You need to let your mind go free
and think outside the square,
I hope that you have strings to pull
for I can't grow a pair.

Unfazed by his sexist remarks
she gave blonde hair a flick,
and plastered on her brightest smile
and tweaked short skirt down quick.
Showed a little more cleavage
than perhaps she really should,
then sashayed across the saleyard -
leaned nonchalent upon the hood.

The salesmans eyes lit with a gleam.
He smoothed down black slick hair.
His wandering eyes to breasts were drawn -
she didn't really care.
She knew she had him in her grip
and they would strike a deal,
everything moved very quickly -
now she sits behind the wheel.

In her new Golf convertible
with paint a shiny pink
which was purchased for less than the price
quoted in Carsales. inc ,
but it seems that she bedazzled him
with cleavage, legs and smile.
Now she's enjoying happy motoring.
He went the extra mile.

Now Maureen, I know this lady who has been very critical of men who provide outings and material things for women in the supposed hope of getting 'favours". How unprincipled she thought they were.

Now we discover that "ladies" hold out the suggested prospect of favours ....for material gain. Hmmm I must meditate on this
