Just noting that the 'outrageous rules' that Brendan refers to are not the ABPA Guidelines but the entry requirements of some written competitions (outside ABPA influence) that still insist that 'published' means across the board and that do not accept the ABPA guideline recommendation that has modified published to only apply to 'not for profit' (page 19 on the ABPA Guidelines).
