Kym wrote:Yay John!!! I'll have to fix that up hey? One day, one day ... not a priority right now.
Regardless of that Kym, it is still a great poem. We will all be looking forward to seeing the result when you do find the time to fix it up.

Regards

I also remember this one from the ABC comp. I like it just as much now as I did then (dispite the little indiscretions) :D

Did you see my (sort of) horsie poem 'His Last Muster' it is still an ongoing work though.

Yes I remember hearing this one read out on the radio in the ABC comp, too, thinking 'Wow . . whoever wrote this can write' - goodonya Kymmie . . . and I dunno about your streaker poem, but I still got a copy of your "TROUSER SNAKE" poem. :P

Looking forward to more of your stuff . . be it old or new (or even a slight tinge of blue)

Cheers, Marty

No Marty. No you don't. I don't write rot like that. Never did. No way. Not me. Don't know what you're talking about.

I only write proper non-embarrassing stuff.

There's nothing " wrong " with your poem Kym.
It's well done.

I take this opportunity to disrupt your thread for a moment, I think you were after a book on Aussie expressions. I see there is a new book out now by Hugh Lunn called " Words Fail Me ", check it out it's a great collection of aussie quirky sayings.

Sorry about the interruption. As I was saying great poem.

Neville.
