If Glenny sees you with your hand in your pocket while reciting poetry..you'll be in BIG trouble.

I have one of those cheap black music stands that they sell at Aldis. It holds the book or paper up high enough so I don't have to look down or hold anything in my hand. I find it good for bush poetry performance as it folds up for carting around.

Laggan Pub looks like a good little venue, just the right size for poetry reading.

I wasn't sure who it was Marty, but everybody be warned anyway.
