I used to work part time in a butcher shop as a young fella and my job was to process all the off cuts for the sausage mix. I have not eaten sausages since.

I remember 1997 when Milton Taylor and Glenny Palmer represented the Australian Bush Poets in America.
Milton told me that Glenny went into a fast food joint and asked if they had a 'cooked chook'.
