This is a true story but still makes a good yarn.

I was fishing last Sunday as you know and this woman came up to me and asked what type of fish I was catching.


After a brief discussion she said " I found this lure in the rocks do you ever use them are they any good.

I explained that I only use lures when fishing for Barra or such and that they would be not much good for sickle fish.

Oh she said I might try it anyway but gees it takes a long time to put the bait on all those little hooks !!!!

I can still picture her trying to put little bits of bait on all the treble hocks Nev


and then casting it out and waiting for a bite.
