I'm currently tapping away at Laurie's 50th birthday poem- if I get time I'll write more - one each night would be good. Coming along quite nicely! I don't think I'll have time for posey when I'm away Bobbo, P A R T Y TIME my friend! 8-)

Thank you Stephen for sharing that in depth knowledge re boneheads - explains why as they age they become even more averse to change :? I fully understand the condition now...as to secret women's business - well that could work, but most women I know couldn't keep a secret if their life depended on it. Probably best leave things as is - if we get Mannie to put any more sections up here - things might get 'not nice'

Well Stephen, did you ever go on holidays with us sounds like it, we have five kids and when they were of holiday age (still are actually) we did most of our travelling at night so the little darlings could sleep for most of the trip and save on their mothers nerves.
But we do get our own back by making them accompany us on our desert trips and they get to drive on the corrugated areas and change all the flat tyres, then at the end of the day when they (the grown up kids) are exhausted we stop to make camp, they get to find fire wood, make the Billy tea and bikies whilst herself and I get out the deck chairs, then need to be waited on "‘cause we’re getting’ old ya know."

Bob I would have thought being from north Queensland you would be right up with travelling holidays. :?

Heather men have to ossify their brain so the girls can keep up. Are you all geared up for your upcoming three-hour road trip from Rocky to Bundy? You know the place where they grow their Rum. :P

Leonie I’m with you. ;)

TTFN 8-)
I Keep Trying
