OH Yeah Happy New Year (right)

Post by Dave Smith » Sat Jan 01, 2011 3:14 pm

Our son he came home for Christmas
and we’re glad of this it’s true.
He brought some pressies from Adelaide
and gave us all the flue.
Clari-tho-pen-a-mi-a-cyllin
the chemist had to get them in.
Two tablets in the morning
and two again at night.
They make you feel so ill at first
but soon will have you right.
Feeling crook is one thing but real sin
all our New Yearsus has wound up in the bin.

Anyhow I hope you lot are having a Happy New Year.
Mumble mumble cough cough

Poor Dave; I'll pop the kettle on and make you a nice cuppa. Do as the doc says and take your drugs and get some rest. You'll be right as rain soon.

Heather :)

Bless you Dave - got plenty of tissues Mate?

Codral cold and flue tabs are the go - I am dosing my Mum with them as we speak - must be a result of all that wet weather that has been wafting around.

Enjoy the bed rest and read a good book. Get well soon.

Cheers

Maureen
