I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.

G’Day Maureen

On Thursday night my good lady wife and I went to the Christmas wind up dinner dance with our dance group, I did a few poems for them and also took your Christmas cake recipe for some of the ladies to look at, they all thought that they would like to try it but most said they did not like Brandy, I assured them you would not mind if they used Whiskey or a nice Red Wine or even a Sweet White or perhaps Bundy, I know the Rum is good with Christ Pudding my Mum taught me that. In the end they all said they were going to make it, I guess I won’t see any of them till after Christmas now. :P
