If you are referring to the inspirational poem about life, it was written by an American lady called Linda Ellis. She has a website
(Linda's website)/ where you can read the poem and it also has a YouTube video of her presenting it.

Yes, I have heard this poem at a couple of funerals. It is a masterpiece.
