Any body heard or know of a poem by the above name. ?

First line starts

From the shores of Burley Griffin
To the town of Brigadoon
From Tumbulgum to Taringa
And out past Wangaloon.

This bit was on a bit of tee shirt from the rag bag at work ?
The purpose in life is to have fun.
After you grasp that everything else seems insignificant !!!
