Who Wrote This Please?

In my hands I have a copy of a poem written I believe in 1852 or there about

Behold yon setting sun
Fast sinking down the sky
His daily race is run
He lays his glory by
Obedient to his last decree
Who rules alike o’er land and see

I wonder if anyone knows who wrote it
