Was Andrew Barton Paterson one of them? (Rumour has it they were never seen in the same place at the same time!) ;)

 Now that's an interesting thought! I can just see Henry doing something like that to make a quid! I know a certain poet/actor who plays both of them.

He wrote under the names of James Packer and Rupert Murdock. But it didn't do him any good, couldn't pull a model or pop star at all.

Your eyes will get sore doing that. If the wind changes you will stay that way.

G'day Heather

Two pseudonyms that I have seen for Lawson are: "Joe Swallow" and "Cervus Wright". Another that I have seen mentioned is "Tally". These are all mentioned in the book about Lawson's time in Bourke in 1892-3, "A Stranger on the Darling". I am currently in the process of reading it now.

Regards

John

The first two were what i was after. Didn't know about Tally. Thanks John. I had a giggle at Cervus Wright. ☺
