"Drafting the ewes" - needed for a Funeral on Friday

Can any one help with this - we have an enquiry on FB and the words are required for a Funeral on this Friday - don't know who wrote it or even if this is the correct title but if anyone has any ideas at all please let me know, so that I can help the gentleman out.
