I got analysis paralysis analysing American Pie.....but I cracked it....it's about the crucifixion. :D

Yeats, make a boo boo? Me thinks not.

I think it's a beautiful piece of poetry - anyone to argue that it isn't poetry because it rhymes the same words? Dare ya!!!

Never said it was not poetry BUT

Why couldn't he make a mistake I assume he was human ???

Debate doesn’t really change things. It gets you bogged in deeper. If you can address or reopen the subject with something new, something from a different angle, then there is some hope.... That’s something poetry can do for you, it can entrance you for a moment above the pool of your own consciousness and your own possibilities.

Robert Frost was a very perceptive and articulate thinker on things poetical. And a wonderful, dare I say; bush poet.
