Who's a happy boy then!

Post by David J Delaney » Fri Jan 14, 2011 8:22 am

G'day all, I received this email yesterday, I had actually forgot I sent it to them & as far as I know 'Cowboy poetry' is a hard group to have one's poem published on their site/magazine & they are very particular who they publish, so, yes! I'm pretty wrapted :D :D

The poem in question is at ABPA Members Poetry, page 7, commended poem (Click on link to view)

Good on ya Dave. Be careful consorting with those Yanks or they'll have you as one of their buddies and Manfred will not be pleased.

Well done Dave,

I can see how you pursue every avenue to be a great ambassador of the "Bush Poetry" genre. For this I thank you. Well done in your latest success, which you so richly deserve. You spend the time and sweat over the writing, but still you don't sit back, you go out there and follow up. Good on you!
