Homework WE 17/2/20 - The Meaning of Life

Terry is on holidays, far from the madding crowd and internet - but was able to get his homework through to me with a request to post it on his behalf. Lucky chap!!
So here's Terry's thought-provoking homework poem using the current prompts:
THE MEANING OF LIFE
Where the tall trees bend to greet you as the gentle breezes blow,
with a poetry of sound that echoes sweetly down below.
You may wonder at such moments then, at what you have achieved?
Has your life in truth been wasted, not the outcome you believed?
Then perhaps you’ll pause to ponder at the meaning of your life,
Has it passed its highest point yet; are you free of sins and strife?
Do you really know yourself, with all those foibles that you hide,
has your immortality shown rules, by which all must abide?
Life is precious, like the Sky, a tree, and man with all his fears,
vulnerable, prone to make mistakes, that likely ends in tears.
