POETRY PROMPTS FOR WEEK ENDING 16TH DECEMBER

Post by Maureen K Clifford » Sat Nov 23, 2019 12:56 pm

Well as always the poems submitted for the last set of prompts were outstanding. Well done everyone . And as always I was amazed at the different roads we all took, and on the subject of roads I am currently reading King of the Outback. by Bill King the bloke who put the outback on the map through his establishment of AAT King's tours . A fascinating read from which I have borrowed the next set of prompts.

So let us see where these will take you.

The track north to Alice

a string of working camels

the curse of the bones

spectacular scenery

no timetable, no itinerary

lost, bogged or stranded

Go to it my lovelies and I'm thinking this will be a doddle for Terry, but the rest of us might have to work a bit harder

Cheers,

Maureen

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.
