Goodness me, Maureen! I think these are the most challenging prompts you've ever set - for me, anyway. So I thought I'd offer this as my first attempt - definitely the work of a "Lazy Poet" ...

Through long afternoons
more dangerous than
endless duplication
of pathos
she sat
immaculate
in her
inexorable sadness

Well done, Shelley!...I've been in Wendy's boat lately work-wise, and am now about to head to the airport to visit my folks, so not sure how much will get written while I'm away either...(excuses, excuses)...Like Wendy however, I too am enjoying reading all these great contributions
