Just come home from seeing the movie Red Dog starring Koko the Kelpie. It is a great movie and runs so true to the book it is amazing. The ending a little different but a bit of poetic licence there I suspect and we can live with that.

It is an absolute tear jerker - tough though you may be - I went with my ex neighbour /friend who is a bloke and no wimp and the pair of us had tears rolling down our faces. Wouldn't have missed it - the acting is superb with a couple of cameo roles in it by well known Aussie actors but without a doubt Red Dog aka Koko is the star - the expressions he gets on his face are unbelievable but totally in context. How they got him to do it I don't know but this one little bloke who is an absolute star.

Do yourselves a favour and go and see it. You won't be sorry for a single minute that you did.
