homework ending 4/7/11 'My Poor Synapsis"

Post by Dave Smith » Fri Jun 24, 2011 9:07 pm

Trying to write bush poetry
with such a cotton brain.
I get such an awful headache
with my synapsis under strain.

Folks can write about saltbush
and it seems they Nevertire.
In my house they just whistle “stop”
your foaming at the ears is dire.

TTFN 8-)

Ps At synapsis read synapse.

I may not always succeed in making a difference, but I will go to my grave knowing I at least tried.

Well spotted Neville, not the wrong usage of the word just the wrong spelling.

Synapse: the point at which a nervous impulse passes from one neuron to another
