GOOD ONE DAVE my first was a willy's knight though i think it should have been called a willy's nought



It did nought all week while I fixed it up then went all right saturday night then retired to be fixed from sunday onwards, must have been something to do with the girls that were passengers ? I recon, must have been those dam high heel shoes.

Thank you everyone for your comments, happy to see I brought back so many memories for you, my 1st registed on the road car was a FE Holden, three on the tree, vacum wipers which were a real pain at the drive-in on a drissly night. :lol:

Dave I drove around in a 1958 v dub hand painted canary yellow which a couple of mates and myself brought for 60 dollars.

I remember it had those little indicator stems on the side uprights and a running board each side.

Looked a sight heading down the coast with six surfboards on top.

Tried to post a picture but it scanned all the yellow into blue ????

Will try again tonight. Off to paradise.

.... :lol: just loved it Dave...I had an FC sedan but she was stock standard...never blew anyone off in that!.. :lol:..great yarn mate!
