THE YOUNG AND THE OLD

Post by Vic Jefferies » Sun Jun 12, 2011 2:56 pm

THE YOUNG AND THE OLD

When I was a boy, much like you,
I dreamt of all that I would do,
as soon as I was able to –
such are the dreams of a boy.

Now I am old and growing grey
to you, young fellow, I would say:
trust the future - devour today -
Ah... If I only I were you!

That's good Vic. I think it's a worthwhile project to try and just distill a few thoughts into a small space. I think you have done it well.
